수정 요망사적 제387호(1994.03.17 지정)우금치 전적지는 공주시 금학동 공주에서 부여로 넘어가는 길목인 견준산 기슭 우금치 일대로 제2차 동학농민전쟁의 최후 격전지이다. 이곳에는 1973년 동학혁명군 위령탑 건립위원회에서 동학혁명군 전적비를 세워 당시를 기리고 있다.
